I did my study on the (therapeutic) protective use of phage depolymerase enzyme against lethal doses of Klebsiella pneumoniae B5055 in mice model. Now we are focusing on phages therapy against multidrug resistant (A. baumannii, Uropathogenic E. coli) bacteria to bring as candidate for therapeutic approach. Resource is a mager limit (in Ethiopia) to advance characterization. Hence, collaboration and partnership is vital in the form of research exchange or postdoc opportunity.
