Paul Hyman

Ashland University; Hyman Lab

I’ve worked with phage for much of the last 40 years. Initially I studied DNA repair pathways using phage T4 in Harris Bernstein’s lab. I later worked for Edward Goldberg trying to use phage tail fibers to create self-assembling structures for novel material. Most recently my students and I have been isolating phages from multiple sources to study how host range evolves.

Concise dated publication-history context cites the exact supported author/work evidence; no current-project, current-employment, individual-contribution or unobserved result claims. Older work is dated and does not count as a recent-paper selection.
