#Senior Microbiologist with strong experience in molecular microbiology. Demonstrate an excellent work on DNA extraction, Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), primers desinging, DNA Assembly, DNA annotations, PCR, Real Time PCR, qPCR, and Next Gen Sequencing. I have Lead experimental workflows of isolating, characterizing and sequencing bacteriophages from environmental samples. Additionally, I have a Strong scientific knowledge of bacterial resistance genes, Bacterial Biofilms ..etc.

My main interest as a microbiologist falls into virology, bacteriology, and microbial genetics with an emphasis on AMR caustive/related genes, immunology, microbiome and interercellular interactions between microbiome and human cell or phages.

Quite interested in Bacteriophages research. I worked on them throughout my research/work in Canada and would welcome any opportunity to presue working on them in future. I strongly believe that in recent future they’ll play a great role in saving people’s lives especially with the increasing of the microbial resistance to antibiotics.

Looking for a PhD fully funded opportunity in phages and phages applications.

Thank you 🙏

Now working in Saudi FDA as senior microbiologist Researcher and risk communicator.
