Hue Thi Kim Vu

Hue Thi Kim Vu is a researcher at the Department of Veterinary Hygiene and Food Safety, National Institute of Veterinary Research, Vietnam. She obtained the doctorate degree in 2018 at Prince of Songkla University. Her thesis focused on the diversity of Listeria prophages and relationship among Listeria prophages and their host. Her current research focuses on Veterinary hygiene, food microbiology, food safety, antimicrobial resistance, phage diversity and biocontrol against foodbone pathogens.
