Phages of ESKAPE pathogens (Enterococcus phages, Staphylococcus phages, Klebsiella phages), Bacillus anthracis/cereus/thuringiensis, challenge phages (P22), I have many of Allan Delisle's oral phages. I've sequenced several phage genomes that infect Bacillus, Vibrio, Enterococcus, and Clostridium spp. I wrote (and maintain) Phage_Finder to identify prophage regions in bacterial genomes.

I am looking to collaborate on several fronts. While I am aways interested and have a history with genome sequencing and bioinformatics, I am very interested in engineering phages and their products as potential therapeutics and/or diagnostics.
