Benjamin Adler

UC Berkeley; Arkin Lab

Bioengineer and biotechnologist interested in how (1) bacteriophages became the most diverse, precise antibiotic agents in the world and (2) how to develop, adapt, and apply engineering technologies to phages. During my PhD, I applied and developed systems biology approaches to efficiently identify and discover phage-host interactions with a focus in Salmonella.

Concise dated publication-history context cites the exact supported author/work evidence; no current-project, current-employment, individual-contribution or unobserved result claims. Older work is dated and does not count as a recent-paper selection.
