Amrita Salim

I started my phage research career with isolation and characterization of phages against enteric pathogens. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in the 'treatment of wastewater using bacteriophages in targeting enteric bacteria' (E.coli, Shigella spp., salmonella spp and Vibrio spp.) and I am also looking into the reduction of malodour in sewage using phages.
