A. Delphine Tripp, PhD

MIT; Harvard University; Lieberman Lab

Greetings from the Lieberman lab at MIT! To understand the role of phage predation on skin colonization and diversity, we characterize bacteria and phages from longitudinal facial samples using genomics and high-throughput experiments. Our aim is to identify drivers of stable microbiome composition on human skin and support the design of probiotics and phage therapies with high potential for durable colonization.

I'm Delphine, a PhD candidate in the lab. I am seeking collaborations (including access to clinical or environmental samples), partnerships related to commercializing research, and related opportunities. I look forwarding to networking with you.

Concise dated publication-history context cites the exact supported author/work evidence; no current-project, current-employment, individual-contribution or unobserved result claims. Older work is dated and does not count as a recent-paper selection.
