My area of research is Phage genomics, to develop phage and phage based products as drug against infections caused by E.coli, Vibrio cholerae, Salmonella , Shigella, Klebsiella pneumoniae, S.aureus and Acinetobacter baumannii; Phage -antibiotic synergy testing, Designing of phage cocktails, CRISPR-Cas, Phage cloning, Antibiofilm testing of phages using polystyrene catheter model for UTIs,Phage efficacy testing using animal models
