Maria Outumuro Gomez

I am currently working on a project titled ‘Current Opportunities and Hurdles to Overcome the Growing Global Threat of Antimicrobial Resistance: Phage Therapy’ at the University of Warwick.

I am pursuing a career in healthcare communications and would be interested in interviewing phage researchers as I aim to educate the public, on the future of phage-based therapies, in a more accurate and holistic manner.

I have become extremely passionate about phages and their therapeutic applications during my university degree and I am joining the network in hopes that I will soon be able to contribute with research of my own!
