The University of Lahore; Elahi labI studied Doctor of medical laboratory sciences from University of Lahore. In my final year I did my research on phage therapy. The aim of our research was to find alternate treatment for multiple drug resistant pathogens. Phages can be utilized with antibiotics to treat multi drug resistant pathogens. We isolate bacteriophage from Hospital waste water. Our phages showed strong lytic activity against multiple drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
