Structural biology of bacteriophage proteins

We are a structural biology lab (mainly crystallography) working on bacteriophage proteins. We have special interest in receptor-binding proteins and endolysins. We are interested in collaborations to solve new protein structures and to apply the structural knowledge in phage applications - for example mutating receptor-binding or endolysin proteins for modulating phage host range. We also plan to incorporate cryo-electron microscopy for structure determination of phage tails and whole phages.
