Olivia McAuliffe is a Research Officer at the Teagasc Food Research Centre in Moorepark, Fermoy, Co. Cork. Her research interests include genomic analysis of bacteriophage infecting food cultures and therapeutic uses of bacteriophage against multi-drug resistant pathogens.
