Understanding and engineering the flow of genetic information in microbes and phages for precision microbiome editing to improve human and environmental health. We are developing and applying cutting-edge DNA delivery (phages, plasmids, ICEs, etc.) and CRISPR tools to microbiome editing. We have also developed genome-scale phage functional genomics methods and are excited to assist others in using these technologies.
