Historical editorial tools

These tools supported earlier versions of Phage Directory. Their interactive forms and external database workflows are retired.

RIS to Library

The old RIS utility converted RIS bookmarks exported from Meta.org into CSV for Airtable import. It is no longer available here. Capsid & Tail articles still provide their own citation and BibTeX downloads on each published issue page.

Data entry

The old data-entry page linked Airtable forms for updates, Community posts, jobs, drafts, alerts, events and directory records. Those forms are retired. Current tips and site feedback and guest-writing pitches use their own reviewed inboxes.

Airtable

Earlier versions used Airtable for content and directory records. The old referral and direct database-entry links are retired. Historical software credits preserve the earlier setup.

Staging site

The old stage shortlink pointed to a separate development preview. That site is not restored by this relaunch. Public historical issues remain in the Capsid & Tail archive.
