Warp Sciences, founded by leaders from OpenAI, Terremoto Biosciences, Meta, Devoted Health and the White House, emerged from stealth on October 22, 2026 with $215 million (led by Lightspeed) to build a US chemistry contract research organisation that combines expert chemists, AI and robotics.
