termseq-peaks: bacterial Term-seq peak calling
termseq-peaks calls RNA 3′-end peaks from bacterial Term-seq data, using signal processing and a multi-way irreproducible discovery rate approach to handle biological replicates. It accepts normalized bedGraph files and is distributed through PyPI and Bioconda. Its 0.1 package release dates to November 2020; a GEO submission also records use of termseq-peaks scripts for peak calling.
