spora releases a unified spatial-proteomics dataset and evaluation platform

spora provides 13,546 standardized multiplex images from 5,477 patients across 35 cohorts, 14 tissue origins and five imaging technologies, with paired H&E images and tissue/cell annotations where available. The public BioImage Archive project offers cohort browsing and downloads; the EPFL documentation also describes a Python loader and standardized cell- and tissue-level benchmarks. No data were downloaded and no dataset license was verified in the captured pages.
