Seyoung Ko (Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, Korea) and colleagues published a new paper on deep learning-guided structural analysis of phage KPP105. Structural similarity analysis showed how its receptor binding protein facilitates interactions with host receptors and distinguishes between strains.
