SEPIQ–CAPRI Round 66 opens HER2–nanobody structure-prediction challenge

CAPRI Round 66, co-organized with SEPIQ 2026, asks participants to predict three nanobody complexes with the same protein, HER2. Predictions run November 2–20, 2026, with server submissions due November 6 and human submissions due November 20; scoring follows November 23–27. Register through CAPRI for this structural-prediction track. SEPIQ’s separate residue-prediction Track A closed October 31. Its training data comes from phage-display VHH libraries and requires a Hugging Face account and organizer approval.
