Role description:
- Establish research processes according to the latest microbiological technology developments (e.g. robotics and genomic data);
- Further establish and validate potency model for phages against bacteria in biofilm models and planktonic growth;
- Analyze the effect of phages on bacteria, including MIC, time-kill curves and other relevant parameters for antimicrobials, resistance formation, in planktonic growth and on biofilms
- Further develop the PhagoMed phage breeding protocols to enhance selected properties of our target phages, e.g. lytic activity in biofilm and pharmacokinetics;
