Seeking help with phage genome bioinformatics

My name is Gunaraj Dhungana, I'm a Ph.D scholar from the central Department of Biotechnology, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. We have sequenced the whole genome of four lytic phages against carbapenem-resistant and colistin resistant clinical isolates like Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Salmonella spp and Pseudomonas aeruginosa by next-generation sequencing using Illumina platform.
