Ptarmigan adds REST and MCP access for compound screening

Ptarmigan’s documented REST API and MCP interface let researchers rank compound libraries against its supported human protein targets using sequence-based predictions. Access requires an account, an API key and prepaid screening credits; results prioritize compounds for experimental testing. Custom protein targets are not currently supported by the API.
