Postdoctoral researcher, bioinformatics of microbiome–virus–host interactions in honeybees — Radboudumc

Radboud University Medical Center (Nijmegen) sought a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Ronald van Rij's Laboratory of Experimental Virology, in the microBEEome consortium, to run bioinformatic analyses of mRNA, small-RNA and single-cell RNA sequencing from bees carrying different bacteria and phage combinations. A PhD is required; the contract is one year with prospect of extension to 2.5 years. The vacancy was published on 12 January 2026 and closed on 3 February 2026.
