Postdoctoral position: computational biology of temperate phage host range in Klebsiella at Jagiellonian University, Mostowy Lab in Krakow, Poland

We are seeking a motivated and driven person to do a post-doc in the group of Rafal Mostowy in the area of computational biology of bacteria-phage interactions. The purpose of the research is to study prophage genomes in huge epidemiological collections of Klebsiella pneumoniae and to computationally infer genetic determinants of viral host range.
