Postdoctoral position: Bioinformatics and (pro)phage genomics

We are looking to recruit a Postdoc Bioinformatics / (Pro-)phage genomics.

The successful candidate will work in an ERC funded project (ERC starting grant “Pro_Phage”) and will be part a Helmholtz research group located at the Institute of Bio- and Geosciences – Biotechnology (IBG-1) of the Forschungszentrum Jülich. Current projects of the group focus on phage-host regulatory interaction and the integration of prophage elements in host networks.
