PhiSpyViz brings prophage prediction to the browser
PhiSpyViz runs PhiSpy prophage prediction on GenBank genomes in a web browser using Pyodide and WebAssembly. Input genomes stay on the user’s computer. The MIT-licensed interface needs an initial runtime download and omits some command-line options, including the optional phage-protein HMM search; batch work is better suited to command-line PhiSpy.
