Phage’s food intralytix paper

Amit Vikram (Intralytix, Inc) and colleagues published a paper showing that their company's EcoShield phage cocktail reduces E. coli O157:H7 levels by 97% in eight types of foods (including meats, fish, cheese and lettuce), including reducing prevalence under real-life (food processing plant) conditions by >80%.
