Phage Foundry maps Klebsiella phage interactions for genome-guided prediction

An atlas maps 8,484 interactions between 84 phages and 101 clinical Klebsiella strains, alongside GenoPHI. A Nature Microbiology study describes the genome-only model across 115,037 interactions, with experimental validation of 1,240 E. coli predictions and up to 97.5% bacterial coverage using five-phage cocktails. The paper says the GenoPHI Python package can be installed with pip.
