Parse Biosciences and Nomic announce Cascade, a licensable 100-million-cell immune perturbation dataset

Parse Biosciences (a QIAGEN company) and Nomic Bio announced Cascade, a multimodal perturbation dataset pairing single-cell RNA-seq with proteomic secretome profiles across immune cell types, 12 donors and three timepoints (4, 8 and 24 hours), with foundational partner commitments from GSK, Pfizer, Sanofi, Graph Therapeutics and Turbine.
