NIAID has announced a new $6M funding opportunity to establish Centers for Accelerating Phage Therapy to combat ESKAPE pathogens. This is the first major NIH phage therapy-specific center-level grant.

By this time next year, 2-3 phage therapy centers in the US will be funded—big news for the field!
