Master 2 internship: integrated virome and host-response analysis in Parvovirus B19 myocarditis — Lyon

Six-month Master 2 internship (630 euros per month) at the GenEPII platform of the Hospices Civils de Lyon, with the Virpath team of the Centre International de Recherche en Infectiologie (CIRI), within the CAPUCINE project on non-invasive blood markers of Parvovirus B19 myocarditis in children. The intern analyses the plasma virome to identify the viruses present and their abundance and dynamics over time, characterises the genetic diversity of Parvovirus B19, compares molecular signatures between B19 myocarditis, non-B19 myocarditis and healthy children, and helps set up a reproducible workflow.
