Role description:

• Execute series of experiments to support the developmental program, all following established protocols, including:
• Production and purification of bacteriophages for scientific research
• Activity testing of phages against bacterial strains (BSL-2 strains like S. aureus, E. coli, other)
• Selective breeding of phages
• Host range analyses
• Biofilm assays
• Isolation of bacteriophages from human and environmental samples
• Characterization of bacteriophages (adsorption rate, latency period, burst size) [...]
