Jolene Ramsey (Texas A&M University) and colleagues published a new paper in PLoS Computational Biology describing Galaxy and Apollo as a biologist-friendly interface for high-quality cooperative phage genome annotation. Researchers can use the multi-purpose platform the Center for Phage Technology has developed to easily and accurately annotate an entire phage genome.
