INPHARED2 adds searchable phage genomes, quality data and visual summaries

INPHARED2 is the new web home of the INPHARED phage genome resource, combining searchable genome metadata with CheckV quality assessments, taxMyPhage taxonomy and interactive visual summaries. The online database reports an October 3, 2026 update; downloadable files currently carry an August 2026 label.
