Hugging Face and Open Source for Science Fund team up to support scientific software

Hugging Face and the Open Source for Science Fund are collaborating to identify the software libraries behind scientific AI models, find ways to support their maintainers and map infrastructure bottlenecks. The fund, hosted by Renaissance Philanthropy and seeded by Biohub and Wellcome, supports the open-source software stack used in data-intensive science.
