The French Embassy and STDF offer six-month research fellowships in France for Egyptian researchers affiliated with an Egyptian university or research institution, under 45 and within ten years of their doctorate. Eligible fields include biology, biotechnology, health research and AI. Support includes a monthly stipend of €1,850–€2,055, airfare and insurance. Applications close January 14, 2027; French dual nationals are ineligible and further conditions apply.
