Fatma Abdelrahman (Zewail City of Science and Technology, Egypt) has launched a new webpage for Women in Phage in collaboration with Phage Directory. The new organization aspires to create a community where all phage scientists — and particularly female scientists — can gather to share their research experience and discuss their findings. It will also support microbiology undergraduate students with an avid interest in the field by connecting them with researchers and professors from all over the globe through bi-yearly conferences and regular webinars.
