DYNAMITE-ORFs: a Rust gene-calling toolkit for phages and microbes

DYNAMITE-ORFs provides a single Rust command-line interface to several gene-calling approaches, including a PHANOTATE-based phage mode and bacterial, viral and metagenomic modes. It accepts FASTA and produces formats including GFF3 and GenBank. The project states CC BY-NC 4.0 terms for non-commercial use; bundled third-party components retain their own licences.
