Cleaver-X processes sequence and alignment files in Rust

Cleaver-X is a Rust toolkit for record-aware splitting and conversion of FASTA, FASTQ, SAM and BAM files. It also provides read preprocessing, barcode demultiplexing, feature counting and samtools-style utilities, with optional cluster support. It is free for academic and non-commercial use; commercial use requires contacting the author.
