CABBAGE links bacterial genomes to antimicrobial susceptibility data

CABBAGE brings together more than 170,000 sequenced bacterial isolates and about 1.7 million genome–phenotype pairs for antimicrobial resistance research. The database supports resistance-prediction benchmarking and analysis of resistance trends, with free access through EMBL-EBI’s Antimicrobial Resistance Portal.
