Biohub ESM: ESMC, ESMFold2 and ESM Atlas, an open world model of protein biology

Biohub announced on May 27, 2026 the release of ESMC (a protein language model), ESMFold2 (structure and complex prediction used to design binders validated in the lab against five targets) and ESM Atlas (6.8 billion sequences, 1.1 billion predicted structures), all stated to be freely available on the Biohub Platform.
