Arc Institute released PIE, a model that predicts perturbation effects across unseen perturbations, contexts and datasets. Code is on GitHub (pip install arc-pie) with data on Hugging Face under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0; the bioRxiv preprint was posted 2026-10-05.
